Driving On the Revoked List Charges Dropped

The defendant was charged with driving on the revoked list in violation of N.J.S.A. 39:3-40. The defendant was facing a $1,000 fine, a loss of driving privileges and jail. Due to the arguments presented by counsel, the prosecutor agreed to drop all charges.
